We work with only ETHICAL TRADERS who import cacao beans (cocoa beans) from SMALL FARM GROWERS shipped to us raw. After HAND SORTING only the finest beans we roast, shell and STONE GRIND our beans for over 72 hours and blend with ORGANIC sugar with a touch of organic cocoa butter.
